What can I do when I lost my password?

You can reset your password by going to login screen and click on the recover link. Fill in the requested details and you will receive an email in your inbox. Follow the steps and you will be able to go into your account again.
It may take a while for the email to arrive. Unfortunately it may also end up in your spam folder.

The product I want is not in stock, what now?

When a product is out of stock it usually takes about two weeks for it to arrive in our warehouse. In case the product is out of stock for a longer period of time, it will be announced on the product detail page. When you ordered a product that is out of stock we will contact you to follow up on it.

What can I do when I cannot find a product online?

You can use the menu navigation on our website, or you can use the search bar. When there is a product that cannot be find, please feel free to contact us so we can assist.

How can I order a product online?

Select the product you wish to buy and choose a quantity. Then put your selection in the shopping cart and select more products or go to check out and pay for your order.

Can I alter an order afterwards?

An order that has not been dispatched yet, can still be altered. To change an order please contact our Customer Service directly.

Can I repeat a previous oder?

Yes, you can repeat a previous order.

How can I cancel my order?

As long as your order was not packed, you can cancel the order. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Why did I receive a confirmation email?

It is possible that the confirmation emails end up in the spam box. When you did not receive confirmation within a working day, please contact us directly. We can easily check the status of your order.

How much taxes is charged with an order?

Taxes are calculated following the tax rates of the selected delivery address.

My product looks different than before, is this possible?

The products are all natural, this can have an effect on color and form.

What delivery service handles my parcel?

Depending on the delivery country, you can choose Shipping providers in check out.

What is the delivery time?

Orders are being dispatched within a working day. Depending on the delivery country, delivery generally takes about 1-4 working days.

Can I exchange products?

You cannot exchange products. You can however recall your order within 14 working days, as long as they are unopened and in normal state.

How can I cancel my newsletter subscription?

You can cancel your newsletter subscription at any time. Open a newsletter and scroll all the way down. Here you will find a hyperlink to cancel your subscription.

How can I delete my account?

You can delete your account when you log in to the web shop. You can also delete all of your data at our office by contacting our Customer Service team.
