You want to return something, what now?

You have the right to return your order to us up to 14 days after receipt. If you want to return (part of) your order or exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
To exercise this right, please contact us at service@deltastar.nl. Then return the products as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to return them. The costs of returning the products are at your own expense, unless the product is damaged or has been delivered incorrectly. For the exact rates for returning a parcel, please consult the carrier's website. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s), provided that we have received the product(s) in good order.
