Dosierung

Stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® HETOX light (= 3 g) into approx. 1/8 l of water once or twice a day, wait at least 1 minute for activation time, stir again and then drink. It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach if possible.
